A LSV conversion must be completed by a Licensed Vehicle Manufacturer. Here at Quality Golf Carts, we can build your very own custom LSV. In order to certify a cart as a LSV, the cart must meet specific requirements. This includes, but not limited to, turn signals, DOT approved windshield, DOT approved tires, etc. One of the final steps into completing an LSV is to generate a 17 Digit Vin number to place on the vehicle.
